Winston-Dillard Water District serves approximately 2,500 connections and 8,300 residents. Our main water source is the South Umpqua River. Utilizing 5 water reservoirs totaling 2.75 million gallons and 128 miles of water pipeline.

Winston-Dillard Water District Board of Commissioners meet on the third (3) Wednesday of every month at 4:30 PM.
